Child transportation service at Academic Explorers is available based on first come, first served within our transportation route and current schedule. We provide transportation for families with children enrolled in at least one of our child care programs. Transportation requests are reviewed by our Transportation Manager.

This form should only be completed by families with children currently enrolled in, or those planning to enroll into, one of our child care programs.

We do not operate as a taxi service to pick up from home and take them straight to other schools or activities. We only offer transportation as an additional service in combination with another one of our programs.

Transportation service is based on availability within our current route. We may not be able to accommodate specific requested times if it would conflict with a previously enrolled child’s pick up or drop off time on our current schedule.

COMPLETE THIS REQUST FORM MULTIPLE TIMES FOR EACH CHILD AS NEEDED.
